Becoming
3-Week VIRTUAL Nidra Series
This is about rest.
Every January we’re encouraged to “reset,” “optimize,” or “start over.”
We’re often taught to use the New Year to push, plan, and overhaul ourselves — as if the body resets the moment the calendar changes. It doesn’t.
This three-week Nidra series is an invitation to do something different: to understand where you are before deciding where you’re going. Rather than setting resolutions from pressure or expectation, we’ll slow down and listen — to sensation, rhythm, memory, and the quiet intelligence of the body itself.
Through guided Nidra, reflective practices, and gentle integration, this series supports clarity, presence, and self-trust — not by forcing change, but by creating the conditions where change naturally emerges.**Sliding Scale Pricing Available.
Series Schedule: January 22nd, 29th + February 5th via Zoom — Agenda below.
-
Instead of striving or fixing, we begin by attuning — learning how to recognize signals of readiness, resistance, and truth within the body and mind.
-
Sustainable change starts with awareness. Nidra supports deep states of rest where patterns, habits, and inner narratives can be observed without judgment.
-
This is not about catharsis or breakthrough moments. It’s about steady integration — letting insight land gently so it can actually stay.
-
You are not here to become someone new. You are here to remember, refine, and return — aligned with your own timing and inner intelligence.
What will the experience be like?
This is not a program of self-improvement.
This is a practice of remembering, uncovering, and integrating.
Nothing is being forced. Nothing is being fixed.
We are allowing what is already here to be witnessed—so it can move.

Nidra Themes
Listening to the Inner Landscape
This opening week is an invitation to pause and arrive—not to fix, improve, or set intentions, but to listen. Through guided Nidra, we begin by gently orienting awareness toward the body and inner landscape, noticing sensations, thoughts, and subtle patterns without judgment. Rather than pushing toward change, this practice emphasizes recognition: understanding where you are right now, how your body communicates, and what has been quietly asking for attention. This foundation creates safety, clarity, and presence, allowing the rest of the series to unfold with honesty and integrity.
Choice, Awareness, and Subtle Shifts
In the second week, we explore how awareness becomes choice. As familiarity with the inner landscape deepens, Nidra is used as a tool for observing habitual responses, emotional loops, and unconscious defaults—without pressure to “correct” them. This practice supports the gentle unraveling of patterns by bringing curiosity to where energy flows easily and where it resists. By staying with sensation and imagery rather than effort, the body-mind is given space to reorganize naturally, creating new internal pathways that feel authentic, sustainable, and self-directed.
The final week focuses on integration—how insight becomes lived experience. Rather than reaching for resolution or closure, this practice supports embodiment: allowing what has surfaced over the previous weeks to settle into the body’s intelligence. Nidra becomes a space for alignment, where awareness, rest, and subtle intention cohere without force. This week emphasizes trust in the process, honoring what has shifted and what remains in motion, and leaving participants with a grounded sense of continuity they can return to beyond the series.
