About This Training/Workshop
This workshop is a sacred and practical training designed to help yoga teachers understand how the nervous system shapes every student’s experience on the mat. Through the lens of Polyvagal Theory and the lived realities of C‑PTSD, you’ll learn how to guide classes that honor choice, cultivate safety, and support deep healing.
Whether you’re a new or experienced teacher, this training offers the knowledge and tools to confidently hold trauma-informed space, blending nervous system science with heart-centered yoga practice.
