In the event of a medical or psychological emergency during a ceremony, class, or event, Coven LLC may disclose relevant health or contact information to emergency personnel or to your designated support person to preserve your safety.

If you participate in any Coven LLC membership programs, online portals, forums, or group communication spaces, you agree to the following:
Respectful Conduct: You will engage with others in a respectful, nonjudgmental, and inclusive manner, refraining from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Confidentiality: You agree not to share another participant’s personal disclosures, reflections, or content outside of the Coven community without their explicit permission.
Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own words, posts, and actions in Coven spaces. Coven LLC is not liable for the content or behavior of other participants, but we reserve the right to moderate and remove any content or participants that violate our guidelines.
Sacred Space Integrity: All community spaces are intended for spiritual growth, learning, and healing. Misuse of the platform for solicitation, exploitation, or harm is strictly prohibited.
Reporting: If you experience or witness a violation, you may confidentially report it to Coven LLC at hello@coven.love for review and appropriate action.
Coven LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership access for violations of this policy, to protect the integrity and safety of our sacred community.
Section 9B: Community Conduct & Mutual Privacy
Coven LLC is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and confidential community. By participating in any Coven offering, you agree to:
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all fellow participants.
Refrain from sharing another participant’s personal information, story, or likeness outside of Coven spaces without explicit consent.
Uphold mutual respect, integrity, and nonjudgment in all interactions.
Section 10: Digital Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Coven LLC related to your participation, including confirmations, updates, reminders, and integration support. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Your information may be processed or stored on servers located outside your state or country of residence. Regardless of location, Coven LLC requires that all storage providers comply with strict privacy and security standards, including GDPR and CCPA requirements where applicable.

Section 14: Data Retention & Sacred Release
Intake & Waiver Forms: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for safety and liability.
Financial Records: Retained in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
Personal & Spiritual Records: Held only as long as necessary for community care and safety.
When records are no longer required, they are securely deleted or destroyed. In alignment with our spiritual ethos, we regard this release as part of maintaining energetic and practical integrity.

Electronic acknowledgments and signatures provided through Coven LLC’s systems carry the same legal effect as handwritten signatures and are considered binding for all waivers, forms, and agreements.
