General Questions

What is Coven?
Coven LLC is a metaphysical and trauma-informed community offering sacred ceremonies, trainings, and healing practices. Through The Covenstead, workshops, and private sessions, we weave together metaphysical knowledge, ancient wisdom, and nervous system understanding to support spiritual alignment, deep healing, and personal empowerment.

Who is Coven for?
Coven is for modern mystics, seekers, and healers of all backgrounds — whether you are beginning your spiritual journey or deepening existing practices. Our community is BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and open to all who seek healing, education, and connection.

Where is Coven located?
We are rooted in Denver, CO, with both in-person and online offerings to serve our wider community.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, you’ll first need to register for a training, event, or workshop.

After you register:

• You’ll receive an email from COVEN or directly from the founder.

• In the email, look for the box that says: “Important: Register for Learning Portal Now!”

• Click the box to set up your portal account.

• Once registered, you’ll be able to access your training materials, videos, and resources.

Why do I have to register through email instead of directly on the website?

We do this to keep your information safe. Using a secure email invitation ensures that payment and account creation happen through two separate, protected systems. This extra step protects your privacy and keeps your learning portal secure.

Please Note

If you create an account directly through the website (without registering for a training, event, or workshop), you’ll only have access to your Account Settings. That’s perfectly fine — however, your account will not display a full user dashboard until you sign up for a course, event, or workshop.

Once you register, your account will automatically update to include your Learning Portal, where you’ll find your training materials, videos, and resources.

Offerings & Ceremonies

What kinds of ceremonies do you host?
Coven offers carefully curated ceremonies such as *specialized plant, cacao circles, sound baths, reiki healing, breathwork journeys, and other sacred gatherings. Each experience is trauma-informed, consent-based, and guided by experienced facilitators.

Do you offer private ceremonies?
Yes. We hold one-on-one and small-group ceremonies tailored to your needs. Each experience is designed with intention, safety, and support at its center.

Is it safe?
Yes. Coven takes safety very seriously. All ceremonies are guided by trained facilitators in trauma-informed care, with emergency protocols in place, a co-facilitator present, and strict boundaries around sexual safety and consent. For high-risk participants, we require a “Consent to Call 911” agreement as part of our intake.

The Covenstead

What is The Covenstead?
The Covenstead is our Witch School — a guided pathway into metaphysical wisdom. It offers courses and trainings in yoga, astrology, Polyvagal Theory, Ayurveda, chanting, mantras, meditation, and other foundational spiritual practices. It is designed for both aspiring healers and curious students.

Can I join The Covenstead anytime?
Yes, enrollment is open on a rolling basis. Students can begin their journey as soon as they’re ready.

Policies

What is your refund policy?
Coven LLC maintains a clear refund structure for fairness and transparency:

• 30+ days prior: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee for events $100+, or $20 for events under $100.

• 16–25 days prior: 50% refund.

• 15 days or fewer prior: No refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 business days. Deposits, if required, are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. All participants are required to sign a legally binding informed consent and liability waiver before attending ceremonies, classes, or trainings. This ensures your safety, confidentiality, and clear agreements on boundaries and responsibilities.

Is my privacy protected?
Absolutely. Coven LLC is committed to strict confidentiality and ethical standards. All personal, medical, and spiritual information shared with us is kept private and secure.

Practical Details

What should I bring to a ceremony?
After registering, you’ll receive a checklist including items like water, a journal, comfortable clothing, and any sacred objects you’d like to bring. Additional details are provided in your onboarding packet.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. Many of our classes, workshops, and integration circles are available online, so you can connect with the Coven from anywhere in the world.
