What is Coven?
Coven LLC is a trauma-informed metaphysical community offering sacred ceremonies, immersive trainings, and holistic healing practices. Through The Oracle School, workshops, and private sessions, we blend ancient wisdom with nervous system science to support spiritual alignment, deep healing, and personal empowerment.

Who is Coven for?
Coven is for modern mystics, seekers, witches, and healers of all backgrounds. Whether you’re just beginning your spiritual path or diving deeper into your practice, our space is BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and open to all who seek healing, education, and connection.

Where is Coven located?
We are rooted in Denver, CO, with both in-person and online offerings to serve a global community. Participants gain access to our secure Learning Portal, where you’ll find your training materials, videos, and resources.

Offerings & Ceremonies

What kinds of ceremonies do you host?
Coven offers intentional and trauma-informed ceremonies including plant medicine experiences, cacao circles, sound baths, breathwork journeys, reiki healing, and other sacred gatherings. Every ceremony is consent-based, spiritually attuned, and guided by trained facilitators.

Do you offer private ceremonies?
Yes. We facilitate one-on-one and small-group ceremonies curated to meet your specific intentions. These sessions center safety, integrity, and individualized care.

Is it safe?
Yes. Coven is committed to creating safe, sacred containers. All ceremonies are facilitated by trauma-informed guides, with emergency protocols in place, a co-facilitator present, and clear boundaries around sexual safety and consent. High-risk participants must sign a “Consent to Call 911” agreement as part of the intake process.

The Oracle School

What is The Oracle School?
The Oracle School is our witch school — a sanctuary for learning the sacred arts. It offers trainings in yoga, astrology, Ayurveda, meditation, Polyvagal Theory, mantra, ritual, and more. Created for both aspiring healers and curious students, The Oracle School is currently working toward formal accreditation. Stay tuned and join the mailing list to receive updates on our journey.

Policies

What is your refund policy?
Coven LLC maintains a transparent and fair refund policy:

• 30+ days prior: Full refund minus $50 admin fee (for events $100+) or $20 (for events under $100)

• 16–25 days prior: 50% refund

• 15 days or fewer: No refunds

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are processed within 14 business days. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes. All participants must sign a legally binding informed consent and liability waiver prior to joining any ceremony, class, or training. This ensures mutual understanding around safety, responsibility, and confidentiality.

Is my privacy protected?
Absolutely. Coven adheres to the highest standards of ethical care. All personal, medical, and spiritual information is held in strict confidence and stored securely.

Practical Details

What should I bring to a ceremony?
Once you register, you’ll receive a Ceremony Checklist with suggested items such as water, a journal, comfortable clothing, and any personal sacred objects. These details are also included in your onboarding materials.

Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! Many of our classes, workshops, and integration circles are offered online, so you can join the Coven from anywhere in the world.
