Terms & Conditions

Use of Services

Our offerings, including ceremonies, yoga classes, trainings, and workshops, are intended for adults and designed for spiritual, personal, and educational growth. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

Age Restriction

Our services are intended for adults 18 and over. Participants under 18 may only attend with prior approval and written parental or guardian consent.

Payments & Registration

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.

  • Registration is confirmed once payment is processed.

  • Coven LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke participation for safety, ethical, or community reasons.

Waivers & Consent

Attendance at any Coven LLC ceremony, retreat, or select training requires completion of our Informed Consent & Waiver Form. Failure to submit required documents may result in denied entry without refund.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in Coven LLC offerings, you acknowledge that yoga, breathwork, plant‑adjacent practices, and spiritual ceremonies may involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your participation and release Coven LLC, its facilitators, and affiliates from liability for any injuries, losses, or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Coven LLC and its facilitators are not liable for emotional distress, physical injury, or other consequences of participation. You remain responsible for your personal health, decisions, and practices.

Intellectual Property

All written materials, teachings, PDFs, recorded content, and resources provided by Coven LLC are our intellectual property. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, in accordance with applicable law.

General Disclaimer

Coven LLC’s services are intended for spiritual, educational, and personal growth purposes only. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or legal services. By participating in our offerings, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own well‑being and choices.

Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

Coven LLC does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide emergency psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychological crisis, please call 911 or seek immediate help from a licensed provider.

Our integration circles and trauma‑informed support are designed to complement, not replace, professional care.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Workshops & Classes: Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

  • Ceremonies & Retreats: Due to preparation and limited spaces, cancellations less than 14 days prior are non‑refundable.

  • No‑Shows: Registrations not attended without notice are non‑refundable.

  • Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another person with written approval.

  • Coven Cancellations: If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future offering.

Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines

Coven LLC is a sacred space dedicated to safety, inclusivity, and confidentiality. By participating, you agree to:

  • Confidentiality: Keep all personal stories and experiences shared by participants private.

  • Respectful Conduct: Treat all community members with kindness, inclusivity, and non‑judgment.

  • No Harassment or Discrimination: Harassment, exploitation, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Sacred Space Integrity: Do not use Coven spaces for solicitation, exploitation, or disruptive behavior.

  • Reporting: If you feel unsafe or witness misconduct, email hello@thecoven.love.

Coven reserves the right to suspend or revoke participation for violations to protect community safety.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Informed Consent Notice

All participants in ceremonies, retreats, and certain workshops must complete an Informed Consent & Waiver. This ensures safety, transparency, and alignment with our trauma‑informed and sacred standards.

Digital Conduct & Online Safety

For online gatherings, member spaces, and courses:

  • Recording, photographing, or sharing content without explicit permission is prohibited.

  • Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and sacred space online as if in person.

  • Respectful and inclusive conduct is expected in all digital communications.

Force Majeure

Coven LLC is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, illness, or public health emergencies. In such cases, credits, rescheduling, or refunds will be offered where possible.

Spiritual & Energetic Disclaimer

Our ceremonies, rituals, and metaphysical practices are intended for spiritual and educational growth. Each participant’s experience is unique, and no specific physical, spiritual, or energetic outcome is guaranteed.

Substance Use Disclaimer

Coven LLC does not provide, sell, or distribute psychoactive substances. All ceremonies and practices are conducted using legal, safe, and non‑scheduled tools. Participants are expected to disclose relevant health information to ensure safety.

Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials and stories shared on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results for all participants.

Gift Cards & Credits Policy

If Coven LLC offers gift cards or credits, they may be transferable but are not redeemable for cash. Expiration dates and use conditions will be clearly stated at purchase.

Accessibility Statement

Technology Disclaimer

Coven LLC is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from a participant’s internet connection, device malfunctions, or other external tech issues. When possible, recordings or rescheduling options will be provided.

Emergency Contact Requirement

For your safety, participants in ceremonies, retreats, and certain wellness offerings are required to provide a valid emergency contact in their intake form.
