  • Ayurveda offers a holistic system for living in harmony with nature and your own unique constitution. In this class, you’ll explore the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), the elements they correspond with, and how to identify imbalances. We’ll cover foundational lifestyle practices, daily routines, and simple nourishment rituals that align with seasonal rhythms. You’ll also receive guidance on creating intuitive meal plans and self-care practices tailored to your body’s needs. Rooted in ancient wisdom and adapted for modern life, this class will help you cultivate balance, vitality, and deeper self-awareness.

  • Step into the sacred soundscape of the vibrational medicine of mantra, chanting, and meditation. This class is a guided journey through ancient sonic practices designed to awaken inner wisdom, clear energetic blocks, and harmonize mind, body, and spirit.

    Each session weaves together:
    Mantra – Sacred syllables and languages (Sanskrit or intuitive soul sounds) to attune the nervous system and open the heart.

    Chanting – Repetitive vocal rhythms that activate breath, deepen presence, and raise vibration.

    Meditation – Stillness practices that ground you into the subtle body and access inner knowing.
