Creating Your Learning Portal Login
To access your training materials and portal, you’ll need to create an account. Here’s how:
Register for a training, event, or workshop.
Accounts are created only after you sign up for one of our offerings.Check your email for an invitation.
After registering, you’ll receive an email from COVEN or directly from our founder.Look for the box that says:
“Important: Register for Learning Portal Now!”Click the box to begin registration.
This will take you to our secure portal setup page, where you can create your account linked to the training you signed up for.Set up your login details.
Once complete, you’ll have full access to your account materials, training videos, and additional resources.
Why We Do It This Way
Your security is our top priority. By sending your portal registration link through a secure email instead of creating accounts directly on the website, we ensure that your payment details and personal information remain safe. This two-step system uses separate channels for payment and account creation, protecting your privacy and keeping your access secure.

If you create an account directly through the website (without registering for a training, event, or workshop), you’ll only have access to your Account Settings. That’s perfectly fine — however, your account will not display a full user dashboard until you sign up for a course, event, or workshop.
Once you register, your account will automatically update to include your Learning Portal, where you’ll find your training materials, videos, and resources.
