Kryss will guide you through mindful sequences that encourage presence, fluidity, and grounding. The class will close with Yoga Nidra — known as “yogic sleep” — a guided meditation practice that brings the nervous system into deep rest and allows the mind and body to reset. This combination of movement and stillness creates a powerful container for restoration, leaving you clear, balanced, and renewed.
