Kryss Dutt is a multi-disciplinary professional with over a decade of experience in marketing, operations, and project management, blending strategic precision with a deep commitment to human-centered, trauma-informed practices. Holding a Master of Science in Digital Marketing, Kryss has built a career designing systems, programs, and campaigns that help mission-driven organizations thrive.

As Former Director of Marketing & Programming and Interim Operations Manager at Plant Magic Collective—a community hub in the emerging psychedelic wellness industry—Kryss developed and launched wellness programming including Reiki, yoga, and sound bath offerings; created and managed a volunteer program with a credit-based hours tracking system; and led marketing initiatives that navigated strict legal requirements and social media censorship while expanding community reach.

Previously, at the Trauma Therapist Institute (formerly Kase & CO), Kryss served as Customer Success Supervisor, Partnerships Coordinator, and BIPOC Scholarship Director. They developed the customer service system from the ground up, built partnerships that strengthened the institute’s reach, selected scholarship recipients, and co-produced a Trauma Summit alongside notable licensed therapists—where they were the only non-licensed speaker—exploring mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, yogic principles, and C-PTSD treatment frameworks. This experience deepened their expertise in trauma-responsive systems and cross-disciplinary wellness education.

They are also the Founder of Coven, a metaphysical and trauma-informed community offering sacred ceremonies, healing arts, and mystical trainings. Through Coven, Kryss continues to merge time-honored wisdom with modern strategy, creating spaces where personal growth, community connection, and spiritual alignment intersect.
